Snake Slug

Slug is a common name for shell-less terrestrial gastropod mollusk & it's very easy to recognize, it looks like a snail but does not have a shell. I found this slug on my usual photo walk in the morning and from the image you can see that it looks like it's acting like a snake. But it's not, as you can see in the image it's on the edge of a twig and it's trying to sense further way ahead ( It's trying to find the way to get off that twig). In process of doing that it extended itself way ahead of the edge & made this posture. And if you spend some time with it you can also get so many different & rare moments or posture and it is a very good subject too (very cooperative).
